I'm Kevin, yep, that's a photo of me, handsome aren't I? Came all the way across the sea in a big ship with my wife Monica to find a better life in the UK. I was a little sea sick but you should have seen Monica but that's another story.

Lisa's Holiday

Well it’s Lisa’s turn to be naughty now!
She found the humanoids case just before they went on holiday and jumped it, when they arrived she found a roundabout and had some fun on it.

After a while she was very hot and found a drink and got very drunk.

The next day she had a ride on a hot air balloon and went rock climbing.

After that she did some sunbathing in the nude, naughty girl!

The view from the cliff was great, what a lot of water.

Looking out of the window there were lots of friends to wave to.

It was so nice to have a shower after a day on the beach and then to fall asleep.
All good things have to end and they all came home, Lisa has been grounded for a month so you will not see her for a while.

Just Another Day

I forgot to say, just before our week end away, the kids had some fun in the garden. They climbed up a net just like the army use.

Brian had to have a go at tight rope walking, yes he failed!

They all played hide and seek in a rock pool they found.

Have you ever wondered how I write this blog, well I will let you in to a little secret if you promise not to tell the humanoids?

Well when the humanoids go to bed, we sneak in to room where the computer is and use it while they are asleep.

You will never guess who we saw the other day, yes it was my cousin Cyril the stunt monkey.

He is working on a new film called ‘White Van Monkey’ in this he has to ride on the front of his van at great speed.

Back Home Again

After our weekend away, Derek took a turn for the worse, the vet told us he needed to rest in bed, we were all very worried.

After a few days in bed he said he felt a lot better and we all sat and watched telly.

While we were watching ‘The Planet Of The Apes’ the kids disappeared into the kitchen Monica thought they might get into mischief as they had been gone for a long time. She peered round the kitchen door gave a scream and called me, you have never seen such a mess, the kids had decided to have a party.

They were all covered in jam and milk and cornflakes and all sorts of things.

We all jumped into the bath to get clean. Dereks plaster got very wet so we took it off.

After soaking in the bath they were nice and clean but very tired so we all got into bed and fell asleep.

Weekend Away

We heard the humanoids say they were going away for the weekend, so we thought if they can go so can we. We lay down on the floor in the back of the car until they had started off, we then got ourselves belted up on the seat. By the time they realised we were there it was too late.

When we arrived we were told off but were told to enjoy ourselves in the garden, the sun was out and we all had a great time.

First of all we sat on a bench and had a good look around.

After our little rest we found a slide and the kids loved it, they said we should join them, we could not stop sliding down it, it was great fun for us all.

We spotted a couple of bikes and decided to go for a ride around the village. Derek being the dare devil decided to ride on the front of his Mom's bike and little Lisa sat in the seat on the back and Brian came with me.

When we came back we all had a drink and after that we played
hide and seek in the bamboo bushes, bet you can’t see us?

Derek found a turtle and it took him for a ride round the garden.

This time the naughty one was Brian, we could not find him, we looked every where for him then we heard a little voice saying ‘I am stuck up here, please get me down’ we all looked up and guess where he was, yes, stuck in a hanging basket, it was very hard to get him down.

Monica and I had to have a sit down, it had been a very busy day for us all, by this time kids

were also tired and the came and joined us.

The humanoids said we had got to go because it was a long way home, so we packed our tooth brushes and got in the car with them, the kids slept all the way home, we really had the time of our lives.

The humanoids are really very kind and are not so bad at all, in fact they are more like us every day.

Wednesday 25 July 2007

As I said the kids are getting to be a handful, I was helping Monica to make tea when Derek and Lisa came running into the kitchen shouting that Brian had got stuck in the thing that make the funny noises.

We all went into the lounge and found Brian wedged tight in something the humanoids call a woofer, try as I might I pulled and pulled but at first he just seemed to stretch then all of a sudden he popped out. Brushing a tear from his eyes he said he was sorry and he just wanted to see where the funny noise came from and see if he could stop it. He promised he would be a good monkey from now on and would help us round the house.

Now Derek is just plain stupid, he decided it would be fun to play on the banister on the stairs, so he climbed up onto it and slid down, Lisa said she told him he would hurt himself but he just said I will have just one more go.

This time he climbed up the curtains on the landing swung onto the light then across onto the banister he was going so fast that he sped down the banister across the hall and hit the wall with a great big bang, we heard him cry out in pain and we found him holding his arm, we took him straight to the vets who after X-raying his arm said it was broken and needed to be put in plaster.
I must say he looked very funny when he came out with his arm in plaster supported in a sling and a little plaster on his head.

The Triplets

Well, well, well I'm a proud Dad now we have two very mischievous little boys and a tiny little girl, we are so proud. We have decided to call them Derek, Brian and Lisa.

As I could not find a job, some humanoids took pity on us and I help by doing little jobs for them

We have settled in but the kids are starting to be a bit of a handful, who says kids are easy?
The humanoids have given us a bed to sleep in, it was very strange at first but after swinging from the curtains for a while we soon fall asleep.

Monica Monkey

When we arrived in the UK, Monica was still being very sick, funny though, it was mainly in the morning and she started to want to eat fish and chips covered in raspberry jam .

We went to the vets and guess what?, Monica was expecting triplets, yes I know its unknown in the Monkey world but I'm not your average Monkey :-)

Anyway I am forgetting myself I have not introduced you to Monica, have I?, well here she is, she is the most beautiful monkey I have ever seen, I am so lucky.
